Our policy is to REPAIR or EXCHANGE.

The new jewellery we offer has limited 1 year warranty from the manufacturers/consignors.

If you have found a fundamental manufacturer defect with your item, please contact us at

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/consignor.

If previous communication determined that the item be returned, you should mail your product to:

Parcel that arrive without making prior arrangement with So U will be returned to sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, it is recommended that parcels be insured, and have tracking.

Giftware exchanges will only be accepted for items that are not as described.

All Previously Owned Jewellery has been closely examined by our jewellers and well described. Sold "AS IS".
